If you decide to completely refuse the order after inspection, you may do so, but the shipping fees must still be paid to the courier company.

Defective or Damaged Items
If the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, Wajora offers an exchange free of shipping charges.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos showing the defect.
